Is Jitsi open source?
Yes. Jitsi Meet is open-source software released under the Apache 2.0 licence, so there are no Jitsi licence fees. You pay for our deployment, customisation and support work and for your infrastructure. Third-party licence and trademark requirements still apply.
Can I use my own domain and branding?
Yes. We configure your custom domain and tailor the meeting experience to your brand as part of a white-label setup.
Can Jitsi run on my own cloud account or server?
Yes, in most cases. We review your infrastructure during discovery and can also discuss managed hosting options.
How many participants can my deployment support?
Capacity depends on infrastructure, meeting patterns, network conditions and architecture. We recommend sizing and load testing for your expected usage rather than promising a fixed participant count.
Can you integrate Jitsi into a web or mobile app?
Yes. We embed meetings with the Jitsi iFrame API or mobile SDKs and connect them to your authentication and workflows. Integration work is scoped separately.
Do you support recording, SIP and advanced features?
Yes, as separately scoped work: Jibri recording and streaming, Jigasi/SIP integration, JWT authentication and scaling architecture.
How long does deployment take?
Timelines vary with hosting readiness, security, branding and integrations. We confirm a delivery estimate after reviewing your requirements.
Is 24/7 support included?
No blanket 24/7 commitment is implied. Support coverage, response targets and exclusions depend on the plan and signed service agreement.
